Overview
AOM-5100 is a 10G Media Converter provide 10G/5G/2.5G/1G/100Base-T auto-negotiation port and one 10GBASE-X SFP+ Slot. It transparently connects 10G Ethernet links over multi-mode or single- mode fiber,including CWDM/DWDM wavelength.
The SFP slot on the AOM-5100 Media Converter allows for flexible network configurations to meet any requirement using a variety of MSA compliant SFP, provide by AOA, Cisco, or other manufacturers; the extended distance reach 80km.
